29th Annual Family Event

It is that time again, the 2009 derby is on its way.
DERBY DATES ARE JULY 17,18,19 2009

A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE COMMITEE MEMBERS FOR BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER FOR YET ANOTHER YEAR.

NEWS FOR "09"
The Hampden County Radio Association will conduct their annual ham radio operators exercise again this year at derby headquarters. 2008 was deemed a great success. "We had 447 radio contacts from 48 states and 6 foreign countries. "The furthest point of contact was Northern Ireland" !

We again in 2009 will have a trophy for heaviest fish caught by a junior angler.

Official State pin applications will still be available.

Only one winning fish per ticket. More than one fish may be weighed in but only one winning fish per ticket number.

Places to Go

The Derby fishing is open on the Connecticut River & it's tributaries. CT, NH, MA, or VT.

All Catfish must be legally caught !!!!!
